Since 2019, SPOT Agency has been supporting the Engadin destination in its digital transformation. The first milestone was the Experience Shop — a one-stop shop that today generates more than CHF 20 million in annual revenue.

In 2023 and 2024, we built a modern, connected ecosystem: a web infrastructure with a content hub that also integrates partners such as Pontresina, Sils, the Ski World Cup St. Moritz, and the Bellavita adventure pool. The project was completed with a brand refresh, giving the brand a contemporary and distinctive profile.
