Allow us to introduce: Jovìn, the very first chatbot designed for tourism.
Jovìn is a digital assistant that provides information on topics such as slope reports, ski tickets, events, and more.
We specifically developed Jovìn for the tourism industry, where it gained its first experience with our pilot partners in the Grisons destinations of Davos Klosters, St. Moritz, Pontresina, and the Engadin St. Moritz Mountains. Today, the chatbot has evolved significantly and offers a wide range of additional features.
